Aix-en-Provence, 03/04/2025 – European Camping Group (known under the Homair brand in France) has announced the takeover of Le Saint Louis**** campsite on the Côte d’Azur and the acquisition of Le Helles**** campsite in Brittany. The two sites will be operated under the Marvilla Parks brand from the beginning of the 2025 season, further consolidating the group’s presence in popular French destinations for European holidaymakers.
A strategic partnership model
The takeover of Le Saint Louis**** was achieved alongside the long-term renewal of ECG’s strategic partnership with tour operator, the Dumont family, at Le Ruisseau des Pyrénées***** (Bidart, France) and Colina do Sol **** (Sao Martinho do Porto, Portugal).

Two new Marvilla Parks destinations
Le Saint Louis**** (Riviera, France) – 7 ha, 200 pitches. Formerly under the Yelloh! Village brand, this holiday park is located in La Roquette-sur-Siagne and offers an authentic Provençial experience with modern facilities. ECG is planning an investment and modernisation plan to strengthen the destination’s attractiveness to holidaymakers.
Camping Le Helles**** (Brittany, France) – 3 ha, 147 pitches. Located in Sainte-Marine (South Finistère), this holiday park has direct access to both a beach and the GR34 hiking trail. ECG plans improvement works to modernise the park’s infrastructure and embrace the destination’s natural beauty.
With these new acquisitions, ECG proves its desire to offer modern, authentic, and diverse destinations, in line with the expectations of new generations of travelers.
